How StrategAiZ (operator of Negosyo.qa) and Address Gateway Business Services handle your personal data under Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016, PDPPL).

Your name, email and phone number; your business details; and the documents needed to form your company and licences (for example QID or passport copies, tenancy or authorisation letters). Payment receipts you upload.

To create your account, prepare and submit your applications to the authorities through Address Gateway, build your website, send you updates and reminders, and keep financial records. We do not sell your data.

Our team, Address Gateway's PRO team, our website and hosting providers, and the government bodies your applications go to. Documents are stored privately and are not public.

While your account is active and for as long as the law requires us to keep formation and financial records. You can ask us to delete data that we are not required to keep.
