Negosyo.qa is the client portal of StrategAiZ (CR 166101). Company formation services are delivered by Address Gateway Business Services (CR 120127).

Launch Kit services: company formation (Commercial Registration with one activity, Qatar Chamber, eCommerce Licence and tax card), a website with domain, hosting and email, and this portal to track everything. Optional add-ons such as the Marketing Studio are priced separately. Nothing here is legal advice.

Address Gateway's licensed PRO team prepares and submits your applications on your behalf, only after you have signed and authorised them. You stay the owner of your business and your documents.

50% to start, 50% before your site goes live. Pay by bank transfer (IBAN) using your invoice number as the reference, then upload the receipt in the portal. We confirm every payment by hand.

Government fees for formation are included in the formation price. Bank deposits and approvals specific to your activity are not included. Renewals from year 2 are listed on the pricing page.

All sales are final; we do not offer refunds. Instead we stand behind this promise: We keep working with you until MOCI issues your CR and eCommerce Licence or gives a final decision. Re-submissions and corrections are on us, no extra fee. Your website goes live within 7 days of receiving your content.

Give us true and complete information and documents, answer requests in good time, and tell us about changes. Delays caused by missing or incorrect documents are outside our control. Final decisions on licences belong to the government authorities.
